Objective
Strengthen the ERP foundation by moving to the latest JD Edwards (JDE) application release and taking advantage of enhanced features and usability in line with Thommen-Furler’s long-term IT strategy.
Approach
As a new client, Thommen-Furler engaged Steltix to plan and execute a risk-managed upgrade. The Steltix team quickly learned day-to-day business processes, assessed existing customisations, and shaped a clear upgrade path. Cutover was executed in the planned window, followed by on-site support for key users and targeted refinements to stabilise the release. The engagement concluded with a structured handover to Steltix Managed Services to ensure continuity.

The new JDE release keeps the platform current with Oracle security updates, unlocks modern features and usability improvements, and delivers stronger performance and stability.
