Adoption Analytics: OGL4JDE evolves dynamically, integrating real-time insights, user feedback, and analytics. It offers live analysis of user guides and training content, informing Change and Training Teams for continuous improvement. Tracking guide usage and completion helps identify areas for additional support or content. Additionally, it evaluates survey results and identifies popular search terms, guiding the creation and enhancement of new content. OGL supports user feedback mechanisms like surveys and star ratings.
Content Management: OGL4JDE ensures immediate productivity and increased system adoption by offering configurable and personalized content. It evolves dynamically, integrating real-time insights, user feedback, and analytics, supporting continuous improvement for Change and Training Teams.

OGL4JDE can be used with JDE and other web-based apps. The license for OGL4JDE allows usage on JDE plus 2 other, web-based, non-Oracle applications. These might included examples such as UKG (Kronos Workforce Management), DocuSign, Coupa Software, Jira, Steltix Appshare, ReportsNow (web-based components), Hubble, ServiceNow are just some of approx 40 systems tested using OGL. Note, pre-built content and native integration is for JDE only.

Steltix, in collaboration with Oracle JD Edwards Product Development and Oracle University, have enabled Oracle Guided Learning for JD Edwards (OGL4JDE). OGL4JDE is a cloud-based, in-application that provides an onboarding and perpetual learning experience for JD Edwards as well as other cloud applications. Users receive contextualised tips, tricks and learning guides as well as feedback and analytics to identify ongoing training needs. OGL4JDE also enables seamless policy enforcement/process completion.
