Solution
Added several dialogues Apps on a standard Zebra scanner:

License plate Build
(to create license plates and add lots by scanning lot barcodes);

License plate put-away
(To support the standard two stage put-away into the fully automated warehouse);

License place Picking
(To pick license plates from the fully automated warehouse);

WO / SO Pick
(to pick lots to sales orders or work orders)

Lot Transfer
(to move lots)
